Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - CAN
I VISIT PUNTA VENADO?
A: Yes. All of these tours work with most cruise
ship schedules. The park is only a few minutes from
the Calica cruise port, and 10 minutes south of Playa del
Carmen.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PARK HOURS?
A: Punta Venado park is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM daily. You can do a tour then relax at the beach
the rest of the day.
Q: DO I NEED TO USE BIODEGRADABLE
SUNSCREEN?
A: Yes. All water activities in Playa del Carmen
require that you use only biodegradable sunscreen.

Q: ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
WHAT ABOUT TOWELS?
A: Lockers and towels are available. Snorkeling
equipment is provided only if booking one of the snorkeling
tours. Dressing rooms and showers are also available.
Q: IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. The on-site Coprero Beach Club serves
a buffet from 11:50 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
